Transportation and communications
The company provides the best and most modern means of transportation for the pilgrims of spaciousness, luxury and comfort, including land and air transport
So that the pilgrims are transported from Al-Qassim or Riyadh to Jeddah by air, and then to the holy sites provided by buses of modern and air-conditioned models, and the pilgrims are transported between the holy sites via the holy train
Housing and overnight stay
Al-Furqan Campaign Company provides housing and overnight accommodation for the pilgrims according to the highest specifications available by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah according to the packages allocated for each year, taking into account the provision of the necessary needs for each pilgrim from a new bed, lighting for reading, and special electricity to charge electronic devices, at the company’s headquarters in Mina. Camps are also provided. It is air-conditioned and fully equipped in Arafa, while providing all amenities for the pilgrim and providing services such as an integrated buffet, toilets, chapel, etc. The company also prepares a designated place in Muzdalifah, equipped with carpets, mattresses, a cover for each pilgrim, and toilets
Diet program
The Al-Furqan Campaign Company has given food and meals a share of attention because this aspect has a great impact on the psychological comfort of the pilgrim, so that he can devote himself to worshiping his Lord, remembering Him, and performing the rituals of Hajj to the fullest. The company contracts with a company specialized in providing rations, as follows
The main meals
Multiple and refined varieties of foods are served (open buffet) that suit all tastes and ages during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals vary between salads, appetizers, more than one type of main meals, and seasonal fruits
Snacks
Which is served around the clock and includes hot drinks such as tea, coffee, milk, Nescafe and the like, and cold drinks such as juices, dairy and soft drinks, in addition to many varieties of different snacks such as dates, citrus fruits, biscuits and ice cream.

– In Arafah, a breakfast buffet is served, and a unified main meal for lunch, in addition to providing fruits, juices, soft drinks, dates, coffee, tea, and many snacks and snacks throughout the pilgrims’ presence in Arafah camp
– In Muzdalifah, cold snacks, drinks and juices are served
