We at Al-Furqan Campaign Management and staff are committed to providing high-quality services to the pilgrims on an ongoing basis to achieve excellence that supports the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. This is achieved through the consistent application of the ISO: 9001 quality management system, as follows

Providing pilgrims with high-quality facilities and services commensurate with the ritual they perform and meet their requirements

Operating all systems in the company according to ISO 9001 specifications

Enhancing the skills of administrators and employees through training and review, which aims to improve performance in a more effective manner

Promote a culture of continuous improvement of the quality management system with the philosophy of providing high quality services the first time

Monitor all administration, processing, operation, removal and warehousing processes to increase efficiency and prevent errors

Enhancing the quality management system and ensuring its implementation through internal reviews and taking all corrective and preventive measures

Everyone is responsible for quality management within Al-Furqan Campaign Company to maintain high standards to win the satisfaction of the pilgrims and to deliver beyond their expectations
